Now, I need you to please understand a few things so hear it goes.
1)It is easier to get ahold of "ME" personally via email. My PM box gets filled every few days. So I do not always check it. Calling is also hard because I have work to do. If I'm on the phone all day I get nothing done. I come in and check my email twice a day. If you email me I will get it. On a rare occasions I sometimes don't as it goes into my junk box which goes straight to my trash. On other occasions (a awful lot) I respond and it bounces back. This gets frustrating. If you fail here then call or PM.
2)If you call and no-one picks up DO NOT CALL BACK FIFTEEN TIMES TILL SOMEONE DOES. Just as the message says "We may be on the other line" and it is very frustrating trying to talk to someone on the phone and having it keep beeping in our ear, causing us to have to have ask them to repeat what they are saying. This is extremely ignorant and rude on your part if you do this. There is nothing we do here that is soooo mission critical that you need to call us fifteen times in a row. The only response it assures is we will not pick up.
3)Same as above LEAVE A MESSAGE as it says. If you call and don't leave one. We will not call you back. If you call FIFTEEN TIMES and don't leave one I can assure you we wont.
4) **Applies locally** We are closed on Saturday and Sunday DO NOT STOP BY LOOKING FOR ME. Yes I may be here and no offense but I DON"T WANT TO SEE ANYBODY FOR ANYTHING. Everyone else has days off, so should I/we. Same for the phone, call once, leave a message. Rest assured if I am here on either of those days I'm not answering the phone.
5)If you didn't buy it from us don't call hear asking for support on the product. We have enough trouble keeping our paying customers happy. Think about it. We're not good enough to buy from, but were good enough for tech support? A good example would be a EMS. Call the shop you bought it from, if they can't help you that says a whole lot about whether purchasing anything from them is a good choice.
6)We work on appointment only so please do not just have your car towed in. This will mean two things. 1st. It gets put on the back burner. 2nd. We may not even except it which would be a bigger pain for you. We have limited space and employees meaning only so much can get done so fast.
7)Purchases of A-spec product. All deposits on A-spec made items are non refundable, any and all items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if order is refused or canceled for any reason. A-spec does not offer or imply any warranties on other manufacturers items. All warranty claims are to be made through the manufacturer.
There, it may sound a little crass, but I think in the end it should make things go a whole lot smoother with a lot less frustration on both ends.
