Would you offer the turbo with a custom exhaust manifold?

Neither of the 2 exhaust manifolds that you offer with the kit will work for me.

500R = > GT42R? Can you please explain where this turbo is on the GT scale of your R"s and RS's? Is this much larger then my 35RS?

Damnit damnit damnit.

You guys suck. Making me want to spend more $$ that I don't have.

On a less serious note...it's a thing of beauty. Good job guys.

I've always been under the impression, anti-surge takes away spool and top end. The guys in Vegas, offer a surge delete mod for compressors, and claim 200-500rpm quicker spool up with minimum 50rwhp gain up top.

I know this turbo only comes in the package...BUT I already have an anti surge .70 compressor and a 1.00 A/R divided turbine housing, can I send you those to build with? have to at least ask

Ok, I think your combining two different things. The first thing is yes it can effect spool slightly but less so on a smaller turbo. I believe your referring to 42R's, Second it will broaden the efficiency island. If I understand the description from the garrett tech correctly this will mean you would be able to run higher pressure ratios than previous. Allowing for more hp overall. I could be wrong on this but the way it was described it would mean instead of being limited to 75lbs/min your limit would be say 78lbs/min.(just a estimate) As for the other part of it the anti surge was not what I was referring to for quicker response. You could put the antisurge on there but then do other things to offset the slight loss in spool. Hope that makes some sense.

I dont quite get it. I waited for dyno numbers for like months, and have since already built my own manifold for my r100 and bought everything else. I was given a quote on the turbo like a couple months ago and was just waiting for dyno numbers. What does this mean to me? I want this bad boy, but will not buy all the stuff i dont need.

same thing... the only difference with you is that you have the short rise manifold compared to the standard long runner manifold...

not speaking for Sean here: but what i gather is that unless you put a
deposit for kit like some others did before, the demand is too high
right now just to sell turbos.
...hence theres ALOT of people waiting for kits!

Am I going to be ok with fuel? Do I need to replace my OEM FPR? What would be the max boost with my RS/500R with my fuel setp?

850/1300's (stock rails & lines)
OEM FPR (but have Sard if needed)
Nismo Skyline R34 276/lh fuel pump

GoRacer, if you have a Sard FPR then go ahead and slap that thing in there.

this is all relative... how much boost do you plan on running? target A/F's? % duty cycle? etc... all come into play..

at the bare minimum throw on the adjustable FPR and if you need more fuel you can always uprgrade to the 1600's

typically we like: 850's/1680's , Adj FPR, Dual fuel pumps, 3/8 fuel line ran parrallel,etc..

good luck

I should be good for 450hp @ 1bar with my setup, right? I'm using that as an example since you guys got that at 14lbs. Street 15lbs, AFR (neutral - what is that 11.5?), pressure 40lbs (still learning this stuff), duty cycle 75% prefered 85% max. Also I wanted my turbo to be 95% efficient at 15lbs and 75% efficient at 25lbs (well target wish goal) but I didn't know how to explain it or what exactly I was looking for at the time. My hot side A/R is 1.06

I didn't want to run two pumps, new rails, lines & 1600's. I'm not shure what the OEM FPR is capable of. Also I got the smaller sard (was told the bigger one didn't flow much more). My plan is a dual setup street/track eventually 15lbs/25lbs so I need to know where I stand. I don't understand those fuel calculators.

I dont think so. I buy the kit then sell everything at less than what it is new. basically turns a $1600 turbo into more like a 18-1900 turbo.

Don't blame you, at this point I can't sell just the turbo. I now already have a back order on the kits and I can't short the kit orders. I actually wasn't expecting such a quick repsonse.
