Damnit, I thought they were moving it to MSR this year.

FYI for the poor suckers that find themselves at this thing -- if you go in a motorhome you have to evacuate the premises at night, which also means no working on cars.

Hey, don't be haten now Chris. TMS is still cool to run at. Hopefully no one will have to work on their car, and most people stay in a hotel anyway.

Last year a plague went through the paddock, seemed like almost everybody was working on 'em.

I dont have any renters yet, but we'll have to see. One or two might spring up before then...

That is a great reason to rent. You can focus on driving and let someone else worry about the car. I've got a friend that rents Miatas. They are a great school car. The first gen oversteers and is a handfull to drive fast out of the box. My first gen is really bad as it is still using the watts link. I know your cars are set up real well, and you drive them really fast. The Miata rental will cost you around $1200-$1500 for the school I would guess, where the first gen would be less?

Yeah, considerably. The super school is like $8-900, cheaper if I'm taking more than one car.
