We noticed. Slacker!

Was a pretty good turn-out, even though a few guys went to Skeeters at first. Last minute venue changes FTL! But now Skeeters is toast so no worries there.

Chucks foil rotor is teh hawtness!

Absolutely down for that. Perhaps start a new thread for ideas? Or just pick a date and time and do it!

to participate in this cruise, do you have to drive a Rx7? would it be too weird to drive another brand car in a group of mazdas? plus, the "money pit" is down and out right now. plus even if it were running, it prolly wont make it 100 miles round trip... LOL. still got alot of issues. but i would like to do the cruise if i can drive the daily driver. might not be able to keep up with all the 7's... when does it start and where do we meet?

Doesn't do much good to plan it in advance either. Last one planned over three months in advance only 1 person (besides me) showed up.

There are drives up in the Hill Country every month, if we want to do this I would suggest hooking up with the Austin crew since they know where the best spots are (as well as the speed traps).

... and then of course there isn't much reason to do one in the summer becomes some people complain about the weather and having no A/C

IF your REALLY serious about doing a local drive, email me (like a couple of people did) and we will figure out when a good time time is for all of us.

But that is precisely the problem. There is no good time for all of us. Planning a meet in advance and continuing to bump the thread with reminders is the way to catch peoples attention and get them interested.

If someone wants to make a meet happen you have to just f-ing do it. Setup a date and a time and be there and do your thing. If others show up then that's great, if not then have fun anyways, take pics and make sure to rub everyones nose in the fact that they missed it. Doom and gloom is unnecessary. Just my .04 cents.
