I went to one of these a few weeks ago...no 7's! Anybody care to partake tomorrow night??? If more rotary guys/gals go, I'd go again.

It was a pretty sad show. With the exception of some super high dollar exotics and some cool rat rods, it was lame.
I showed up in my 87 TII and they made me park in the "non show" parking lot. Then I saw a ton of F-bodys and even a convertible 350Z! Later in the night I saw some busted-*** "drifter" s13s.

I went last night in my 93 Red FD. I saw another Orange FD there in the VIP area. It's the 3rd time I have been to the Ricekiller meet. I personally enjoy going. Cool people, Cool cars, however not enough Rotarys. I'm down with doing a Rotary meet there anytime!

Yeah, I've heard mixed opinions. Do you not go anymore?
Either way, I figured its something to do on Monday nights. One thing I do love about DFW is we are blessed to have some sort of car meet/show multiple nights of the week. I have a buddy that lives in Austin and envies DFW for its car meet/show action, as it lacks anywhere else! I opt to take advantage of it...

WTH? I went to like 3 or 4 of these in a row and only occasionally another 7 would show up... usually an FD. If you guys are serious about making a group thing to meetup, then I'd join. Just tired of looking like the dirty red-headed (no offense jacqui) step-child when I'm the lone rotary out there.

lol, only u and rotarynerdette in the club??? jk, I know there are others out there ... lurking....somewhere....
But that may not work since some people may get there late... may have to park every other spot to leave room for stragglers...

I was thinking we could meet somewhere a good time prior to the event, then all drive up there. The straglers will just have to find any parking spot after that. (where to meet at before???)
However, I'm good with just all getting to the car show at 8 and hope for the best (as far as parking goes).
So, either way I'm good with... just need to all make a decision I guess.

None the less, I always bring out my Gsl-SE, I have a fender in primer so I usually park it in the boonies. Thaads' Red FD is usually out there. I saw a beautiful silver GSL-SE, looked very sharp, looks like mine but with more paint...
It seems like since they moved the location, less highend cars and clean cars are showing up, more and more riced out civics are showing up.... which was the whole soul of 'ricekiller' was to laugh and punk asshats that roll up in some rediculous wing and fart cannon on a fwd D-series motor Honda.... makes me want to poop on the hood, I wont have to worry about denting it, the carbon fiber sticker on it adds to the strength hehehe
