ok, got me an 85 gsl that needs a little tlc. its getting, among other things, paint. unless i find something better, i wanna get it resprayed the factory silver. mr google isnt being to helpful in locating a place that does automotive paint other than maaco (which ive heard itsnt the best job in the world). so anyone know where i could get a good paintjob in San Antonio TX? ill be getting back from iraq in a month or 2, so money isnt too terribly important, but i still dont wanna pay an arm & a leg, yknow?

any other color suggestions that arent black, red, or white?
should i pull the motor & get the bay repainted if i stick with silver?

btw, i currently have a red/burgundy interior, which, depending on the paint price, might be replaced with black, so nothing that clashes with burgundy.

 

hernandez paint shop off of culebra and 1604 is pretty good. always a wide variety of cars parked there getting work done. hopefully my 7 will be there at one point for a total repaint.

 

yeah, i know the place youre talking about. its pretty close too (live off bandera & 410) ive seen some nice cars in front from time to time myself
