Take some time and clearly type out the problem. I cannot quite understand what you are asking.
Are you saying the starter soleniod is clicking, but the starter is not turning over and engaging??
Its a bit tough to read the paragraph that is a sentence.

what is happening is that my new starter went out and my old one was still good so i put that one in and it still clicks and what i think is going on is that fact that the angle sensor isnt engaging when i put on the battery because you can hear a click when you put the battery on and well i can't hear it. It only clicks when i try to turn the car over and it doesn't even turn.

What are you calling an angle sensor. Are you talking about the Crank angle sensor? It has nothing to do w/ your problem.
I promise if it just clicks one of a couple things. Bad connections, weak battery, starter soleniod. Figure out one of those 3 and you have a winner. Two of them are easy fixes.
One clean the starter connections. Two get another car and jump the rx7 while trying to start it. Three would be new starter soleniod.
See how easy that is to read w/ Capital letters, sentences, and paragraphs. Not trying to bust your *****, but it is hard to read random thoughts.

yeah it was the crank angle sensor that i was talking about but ok if you say that isn't it than i will trust you. Now I did replace the mainfuse with a 100A fuse and i put a battery charger on my battery while it was still in the car and it still did nothing. Now the only other way would be the Starter Soleniod, the starter, grounds, and bad connection right.

Thanks Brad, I didn't even try and answer this post because I couldn't understand it.
Anyway, here is a real quick thing to try. Get a buddy/friend/sister/neighbor whomever. Have them turn the headlights on, then turn the ignition on (turn the key) and try and start the car. At the same time, you stand in front of the car and watch the headlights. If the headlights dim way down, you have a battery/cable/terminal issue, easy fix. If the headlights don't dim at all, you have a starter issue.
Do this and post your results.

I think my car has done this before possibly.
When you start it hold the clutch and the gas pedal down. I think I have leaky injector o-rings. It could be something like that. I have to do it every day or so to start.
Just an idea.

I don't think it is that but it might be it can't be leaky injectors first of all but i'm not talking about try to get it to crank over i'm saying it isn't even turn like the pulleys aren't turning because of the starter or something i already got my injectors cleaned.

ok sorry ummm my car wont star.t My other starter was bad but this one i tested is good now. It didn't start before i took off manifold to get to the injectors it ran a couple of times but the last time it didn't start. Now I put everything back together and it wont start now to I just want to find out why it isn't trying to turn over the car.

i'm sure you know this but if you got an s4 dont hit the gas when the car is off or you will flood the engine i guess you could try hitting the starter with something then try to start it might just do the trick

You can keep posting, but you have an issue w/ the starter. It is the only thing that turns the motor over. There are very few things to go wrong here. You can't just assume a starter is good. Here is the list of things it could be.
Battery. You said this was good.
Starter connections. Are you sure you have all the connections on and good and clean.
Starter soleniod. You have yet to check this from your posts you are assuming it is good.
Ignition switch. I am quite sure it is not this if you are getting a click.
Last there is a switch on the clutch. Again pretty sure its not your problem as you are getting a click.
The click signifies you are getting power to the starter, but the soleniod isn't working properly. I am betting your problem is here. Bad soleniod or connection.
Relax and look through it. Cars are frustrating at time.
Good luck.
