the motor is in the white car only for mock up purposes, for things like the IC piping below. REW block with a TII front cover and FC water pump housing.....the set-up will be going into the blue s5 gxl pictured below....
i just need help getting this damn haltech in so i can have the car going....
p.s. don't mind the fuel and reg. and sort of stuff in the bay, it's all from my old carb. aux bridge set-up

oh that kicks so much ***! I gotta remember not to mess with any blue gxl's running around Hey can you take a pic of the custom mounts you had to make for that? Thanks.
don't know if you've checked the engine management section or not yet but if that hasn't turned up anything good then go to teamfc3s.org and if that doesn't turn up anything good I bet joserotary.com maybe able to help you out for a nominal fee

i've checked the engine management section but i can't seem to turn up anything that cleary says "x" wire is such and such. the part that i do acctually understand came from the teamfc3s.org forum....but it left me with the confusion in the end....this wiring just isn't my bag....i can assemble and build things...but apparently i can't wire them...lol
but here is a pic of the mount.....you can't see it completely but it'll get the point accross i'm sure.....it bolts accross the rear iron in the factory FD mounting points and comes around to the cups for the FC....i acctually ended up cutting a deal when i bought the motor, so he built it for me. he goes by mazdaspeed7 on the forums and he's posted the mounts for the swap before for sale, but they are the new and improved, IMHO, over my particular one.....anyway....here it is....

P.S. i am aware of the holes that are open into my motor.....they will be closed up...and i do expect oil to be able to seep through the front of the oil pan due to the bolt situation....but as much as i plan to drive the car i don't see it being that big of an issue.
and it doesn't line up properly due to the fact i'm running a REW block and oilpan....but an FC front cover....

looks pretty damn cool to me and looks like you did your homework on it, very cool! yeah puerto ricans have a totally differant view on how to setup and run cars. I guess I don't blame them cause they do have some of the fastest rx7's out there but yeah definatley a little differant. As far as the wiring is conserned I don't know if it's much harder than the lt8 but man if you just fallow the wires in the wiring diagram with where they are supposed to go it really is easy. Just sit down and take an afternoon to look over the wiring diagram and it will start to sink in and make sense.
