meet @ new Freebirds?
Hey there is a new Freebirds that opened @ 646 http://www.freebirds.com/houston.htm 615 W FM 646, Suite A
League City, Texas 77573
Phone: 281-534-9291
What do you think about meeting here one month? It would be nice to meet somewhere on the southside of town. There is a good parking lot right there at the Lowe's. From there we could go to Galveston, Kemah, have some good backgrounds for picture taking. What do yall think?

It might be a good place for a weekend meeting, but the monthly (Tuesday) meets can't be held that far out in the suburbs. It would take some people more than an hour in stop and go traffic to get down the 45 South parking lot ...err I mean freeway.

That Freebirds will work for a weekend meet. Set one up.
No one can complain about the amount of driving they have to do to get to the Tuesday meets except Chuck. End of story.

I'm down for that Freebirds. What's the parking like?
We have had a few weekend and spur of the moment meets at the Nasa 1 and 45 S Hooters. That place has a huge parking lot right behind it.
In my opinion, you could have a regular meet just about anywhere from the North side of town all the way to the new Freebirds on 646.
The people that always show up, will show up. The ones that won't come anyway will just have a new excuse as to why they couldn't make it.

A meet held during the light of day sounds great -- I suppose that means weekends at this time of year. Count me in when you set something up, regardless of location (within reason).
