lol yeah, that'd be aaron. he always let me use his garage cause my apartment complex wouldn't let me use the parking lot. let ducky know if he turns up the boost he needs to swap the stock BOV's for some bigger aftermarkets so he doesn't demolish his primary like i did. same goes for you if you still have the stock twins

I'm still running the stock twins at 12-10-12. Its good enough for now, till I save up some more cash now that I just spent the 2k I had saved on the cooling system.

lol yeah, i was running at about 16 psi before it blew, which it seemed alright with, but when my car started screwing up after that race with the TA i was overboosting for awhile. i had to shift early just to keep from it boosting over 20 pounds! pissed me off to no end.

lol yeah, i had to shift at about 5500/6k to keep it from leaning out, which eliminated a good portion of my power band

nice man! what is it you mean by eliminating the double throttle? is the lower throttle valve staggered or what? I didn't know this if so and how do you make them all open together?

Wondering if you guys are doing some kind of meet still around this area. I will bet getting stationed at Sheppard here in about 2 months. I am originally from Fort Worth, but would like to hang out with some of the locals when I am there.

there's a car show (weather permitting) that's just a bring what you have on the first weekend of every month at the sonic on southwest parkway (west side of town). other than that every saturday night there's just friends that hang out either up at the sonic on kell (just don't be obnoxious there cause they let us hang out till well after closing and don't mind even if we're working on our cars) or random parking lots on kell. look for cars and you're bound to run into someone lol. you'll more than likely notice a red rx-7 with chrome rims and aftermarket taillights. that's donald's (goes by ducky, not on this forum though), he's a good guy and usually know's where other tuners are hanging out that night. clint's (rotor dream on here) is a montego blue, good guy but i've only seen him out once. mine won't be out and about for awhile since i'm deployed to balad till mid january and it's at banzai in indiana getting work done soon

yeaaaaa, ive decided to necro this thread again. I havent been on in a long time, and wanted to update. As far as I know there are now 4 FDs currently here. My MB , Duckies Red one, (crap, I forgot his name)'s MB, and some old guys Silver one (and I've only seen him once). Thats all I've seen around. Duckies and the other MB arent running/running well, at the moment, and yours is at Banzai. so you need to hurry up and get undeployed so we can fix duckies and the other MB!

not on it, i got it from chaser aero on here. i won't be able to install it till i'm home. I try to do as much as I can on my own but I don't have much experience with rotaries so I let Banzai play with it haha. attached are the pics from chaser's site of the body kit and hood i got. also a pic attached of the rims i got from a guy on here i have yet to install

Hey that poorguy,

You took a pic of my Dads red 35 Ford with the flames at the last car get together near the sonic on southwest parkway. I was there as well but I did not have my verts TII swap completed then. It is now and when the weather gets better I will bring it to that gathering.

BTW I grew up in WF but have moved to Edmond, Oklahoma.
