Hey guys

How are you guys doing, its been several years since I've been on here trying to get my RX-7 in shape. Ever since I lost my good job, found my Fiance, trying to afford my own place, its not easy trying to get my RX-7 anywhere near were I want it be. So, I'm hoping to get back into the RX-7 thing again, I havent had it registered or inspected since Sept. of last year. I'm hoping to meet a few of you guys, get to have some RX-7 buddies and help me learn the rotary motor so I can do what I wish I could do to my RX-7. Make it a street beast, But unfortunately, it's looking real rough for me. Trying to save for my own place, w/ the fiance wish of us getting our place, and me paying for it by myself, IDK if I'll be able to get it to were I'm satisfied.

I originally wanted to go single, but, the twins are whats in my budget unless I learn how to work on it myself, or get hook-ups somewhere. But, I'm hoping I get to make it to one of the meets when/if I get my car inspected/registered and the meet falls on a Friday or Tuesday night, which are unfortunately the only days I have off, and I still have no $$ for the mods, lol. How crazy, not to mention I gotta get my 5th gear syncro fixed.

But anyway, I'll come around more, and not be such a stranger, my names Ren if anyone wants to know, and its good to be back in the RX-7 mood again, she missed me, she has about an inch of dust on her, and she's barricaded in the garage and I cant get her out to wash her. Although the interior still smells like the new car smell, lol!! Talk to you people soon!!!

Welcome back to the club Ren! Club meetings are announced here. There isnt any rush to get your 7 running, mine is about to go down soon for a rebuild hopefully by the summer. There are guys that dont drive their car to the meets either but still show up. Good luck on finding a home! I recently just bought a house myself.

Thanks Roger, yea, it'll be a while before I get a place, probably about 6 months, my fiance has to go back to Russia to get her herniated discs fixed for a good price in May. So, it'll be a while b4 I look.

My RX-7 runs, but would like to see better numbers and a nicer enigne bay. =) I'm currently trying to sell my boosted civic to fund me a reliable daily driver, and put some $$ toward my RX-7 to get some sort of nice numbers and good looking engine bay.
