There is a red 86 gxl I was looking at on Craigslist , after contacting the owner of the car he claims to have nothing but the Canadian title and a bill of sale.
After researching the U.S. Customs site it specifically specifies the sale of the car without customs paperwork is illegal.
Would there be any way to get around this and get a tx title for the car?
