Actually I was just teasing you. I won't be in an RX-7, I'll still be in my F-Huge diesel truck. I'll pull my autocross car out there and take it off the trailer though. I'll have to clean it up a bit but it was brought to my attention that almost nobody has even seen that car. Besides, it's a much prettier car even if I can't say that it's pretty.

 

Plus, it sounds great with that exhaust you've got.

I should be there, but I might be in the Cutlass, as my transmission in the 7 is making ugly noises.

Sorry I didn't make it out, I spent so much money upgrading stuff that I ran out of money and gas. Of course if I hadn't gone to BDC's house and back so many times between Friday and Saturday, I probably would have had the gas to make it out and back, but not enough for the cruise.

 

hehehe, we cruised about 1/2 a mile away... over to Buffalo Wild Wings on McArthur and 635 on the other side of the highway... but that sucks about no having gas to get out there...

 

A good chunk of the 8 owners were at an install party all day Saturday in west FW and no one felt up to the meet afterwards. In fact, some cars weren't done until 11pm.

We ended up getting tattoos and drinking at the Jenkins' house until the wee hours of the morning. It made drinking beer on Sunday a little difficult, but not impossible.

Because late Thursday night I was nice enough to not put treadmarks on a skunk running, no make that juking, about on the road and drove over it with the middle of the car. Of course the exhaust or something was low enough that i did hear a little dink. So the SOB sprayed the bottom of my car so it absolutely sucks getting in my car, although i have to say im starting to get used to it or something, and the smell really sucks when the exhaust heats up

 

That is about the funniest car story I've heard!!! Sorry your car stinks so much. Wish I could of come, but had to work, maybe next month.
