No guarantees but I'm pushing to have the FC running by then, lawlz.... waiting on my front diff mount to get in so I can put the rear end/subframe back on the car, torque down the suspension from front to back, drop in the engine/trans, wire in the Haltech, build my oil/fuel lines, and give it a go.

It appears the stars have aligned and I might actually make it to this one! AJ, will you be in spark yellow?
I look forward to seeing everyone again!

On the exhaust, do you need the actual section with the cats, like from the manifold to the mid-pipe? That also varies a bit by year.
We can talk about it at the meet, so we don't clutter up this thread.

Hmmm. What year is yours? The dang radio/shifter surrounds vary quite a bit through the years.

I wish, y'all won't be seeing it for awhile. Currently there is no interior in it and the motor is stuck but soaking in ATF. If it'll fire up maybe in a coulpe months.
It's an 11/78 car. I know a lotta little differences between the 79-80 but hopefully the bits I need are the same.

I think I still have the original shifter surround (I'm running an FB trans, and a custom surround,) and the modified-for-a-DIN-radio radio surround. I actually have a perfect SA radio surround, but you can have it if you're going to cut it. If you're going to use a modern radio, I can customize my old one for you. I'll try to remember to bring it to the meet, but here's what it looked like in the car. The shifter surround is modified, too - the coin cups have been filled, and a spot for the power mirror switch added there instead. Yes, that is grey "Fleckstone" paint. I also still have the CAD file for this, if you want to have one cut.
I just took a quick look at your thread. Coooooooooool!
So why do you need the radio surround? Yours is a little modified, but not badly. Are you trying to go 100% original stock? If that's the case, I might be willing to let go of my unmodified one. Your shifter surround looks OK, except for the cracks around the screws (typical) and the holes for switches added. If you don't mind me trying, I think I could fix that piece up for you. I've gotten pretty decent at plastic repair working on my dried up old cars. It would have to be painted afterward, but I bet we could find a satin black that worked.

I'd be interested in the surround, this ones getting restored back to how it left Mazda. Sucks about the exhaust bit, idk where I'll find one of those. I'll bring my surround an a couple other bits next month and see if you can fix em, got a couple bits cracked around the screw holes.

Dangit, I may not be there - I think I agreed to watch a movie with my cousin that night. Must check...
Also, I have my FC back, but that's because I just wrecked my dad's truck trying to get across 4 lanes of 35W to exit I-30 after getting on from 121. Looked away for a second to check the next lane, and traffic stopped in my lane suddenly. Tore up the driver's fender, hood and core support. Could have driven it except that the core support moving back pushed the radiator into the cooling fan, which bit a hole in it. Took a chunk out of the guy in front of me's Explorer - hope my insurance isn't a bastard...

I'll make this one. If GeraldM (?) can make it, he can have the two black FB bins, I won't be using them after all. After making some measurements and then cutting the paneling, there's no way a stock length bin will fit with the cut rear seat.
I'll get serious and do the small door prize thingey this time around.
Everyone who thinks they are making this meet, do this for me.
We'll toss them in a bowl and then pull from that.
