Wicked, it's about $4, no shipping from my local Mazda dealer. Good thing I thought to call them.
I'm going to have to buy more clearcoat though - I tried to clear my doorhandles yesterday with the airbrush and it turned to snot right there in the pressure pot. :P

Got the clear and the flex today - Now waiting on a call from the Mazda dealer to tell me my throttle cable bracket is in.
Finished the oil system and coolant system and put in oil and water yesterday, so I'm ALMOST to where I can start it up!

Don't worry, I just told Kyle yesterday that soon I'd be passing the torch on to you - so far yours is just about the only FC RX7 that has been at a meet with mine that's still running. Jacqui's is down, Kyle's is gone. So when mine's done it's either going to be you, or the Anniversary Edition guy. Start saving your money now!

Holy setback. Mazda doesn't have a TII throttle cable bracket anymore. :P I guess I'll tear the garage apart when I get home and see if by some miracle I happen to have one that came with the parts I bought. Elsewise, I'll have to find someone parting one out.

I appreciate it - Tessai had an UIM sitting in his garage, so I gave him a call to see if he gots it, too. If he says no, I'm gonna give Curtis at revvinsevens a call, he's got some stuff in his garage.
Or maybe I'll just get a coat hanger until I find one and slide it through a grommet - yank coathanger = gas pedal.

That's actually rocking for a dialup - in all my time at internet support, the only time I ever saw someone with 56k was when Windows would mess up and show true port speed. You'll never ever get true 56k on a 56k modem. Most people get 32k or lower. The best I saw that seemed legitimate was 49k.

Gotcha - I picked it up from the Bored at Work thread. It's just more fun to say "Duffman!" like a superhero. Thanks again man, you really went out of your way to help me out. I'll remember that when I become president. You can be Minister of Foreign Policy.

Not yet - I've spent the last 4 days sanding all the little freaking groove around the doors and hatch. I was hoping to be painting today, but I don't think I'll even be painting tomorrow. Oh well, it'll take the time it takes, I guess. I painted my doorhandles when I took them out to fix them and got excited by how nice they look. Painting goes fast, the prep just takes forever.
I've got to get under it and hook up the starter, then put in the battery cables and battery and it should be startable.
