As Tim said the registartion is back up. $25 for 2 pulls. Unfortunatley their AFR sniffer is broke. We need a few volunteers to help us out with the food. RP is going to supply some hotdogs and beverages. So if you want to help email Tim at: tim@ugly.net or me at: jkrueger_485@yahoo.com. The day will start at 10am.

See ya all there,

JC

I remember when we had someone cook at those events. LOL! Maybe someone could help me out and buy my 3rd Gen of me at the event.

Anthony, I'd buy it from you if I could. I know that car is absolutely pampered. Unfortunately I can't even afford to put a new engine in my FD and my FB is in budget rebuild phase.

That's all that's coming? The sign up sheet is shorter than expected.

I've got nothing going on this weekend, that is unless I decide to go play hockey instead. Perhaps I'll stop by and see what everyone's doing and how the dyno runs go. Not up to dynoing my car though.

I'm betting more show up than actually signed up. But no food for them!

I think you'll be ok. I'm hoping lots of people show up, and I think there will be plenty of food. I'll see ya all out there tomorrow.

If we run out, I'll just send JC out to the grocery store for more and whip Ari back to the grill.

I justed wanted to thank everyone that made this possible. I couldn't make it (had to work AGAIN) but my son took my car out and had a great time. I finally got a baseline, 252whp so I know where I stand and what the next mods are. Once again thanks to DFW RX7 club, Rotary Performance (Chris) and all my fellow rotorheads.

We had a good turn out for our dyno day. I want to thank all that came out, both those that had their cars dynoed and those that watched. Also, a BIG thanks to Chris Ott and Rotary Performance for letting us use thier facilities.

Top HP "winner" was Micheal's 3rd gen with the Z06 motor at 355 RWHP, The RX-8's were pulling in around 180 RWHP, My 2nd gen was at 275 RWHP, with the other 3rd gens ranging from 240 -300 RWHP. The 1st gens ranged from 94 - 105 RWHP.

Here are some pics from the event.

Mike,
I'm going to be putting together a short movie of the dyno event and track event. I got some video of your run, but would like a copy of your print out. Think you could scan it and email it to me??

I don't have a scanner so I will have to find someone who does, it may take me a few weeks.

I plan on it but need rear brakes first. You can actually hear the brakes in my dyno video!
