my car made 400rwhp @ 10psi and 459rwhp @ 15psi..... with very rich AFR and agressive timing maps. the T78 is laggy mine started building boost around 4k rpm and full boost of 15psi by around 5000 rpm.......

the turbo is great for drag racing but for the street something with a little less lag is more fun. my car ran 12.0 at the track yet i lost to a few cars on the street simply due to turbo lag and other factors including my own driving and me annhilating driveline parts

You ran a 12.0 at the track? Must be running on street tires.

I would think that kind of power would be good for a low to mid 11 at least.

I hit full boost by around 4,500, but I am only running just over 14lbs right now.

Really, I totally agree with you on the subject of the T78 not being a laggy turbo hence my supra used to have one until i replaced it an SP76HO.

depends on the exhaust port you can get more lag or better spoolup. stock ports are pretty big

wouldn't your fuel ignition maps play a roll in turbo lag?

sorry for not posting back, i have been up to a lot of things and completely forgot about this thread. Like stated before, the turbo is great. Im pretty sure i wont be getting any more driving for the rest of the year due to snow, but thats alright, gives me something to look forward to. I was getting full boost around 3500 on my 13 psi setting. The reason i said its spools as quick as the stock turbos is because, once the turbo starts spinning it just shoots up the max psi. the stock turbo boost went up at a slower rate. So far so good with the anti det. device. I do not have any info for you guys on it becuase i have no clue what it is. The only thing i know is it gives me peice of mind to have it in there.

Sorry to hear about your accident Vosko.
Don't feel bad about breaking stuff. I am the same way. I've replaced almost everything on my car once, and some things twice.

I have no complaints with my T78 kit. I love it to death. I will never revert back to the stock twins. Nuff said. Oh yeah, Vosko, thanks for lending me your map sensor
