I had MSD digital 6 plus and a MSD DIS 2 with msd coils for 2 years and it really made a difference over stock ignition... but man once I swapped out the MSD setup for the Autronic 500r ignition box... the MSD's are no match for the power that box cranks out..

TurboR1, what coils are you using with the Autronic 500r? And what's the price on the Autronic unit?

I'm running four Crane LX91 coils, two Crane amps... one on each leading and then a Microtech LTX8s. Had a B&M new volt before that on the stock coils with a Power FC and I'm much happier with the setup now.

I thought you only needed one crane amp to run both leading coils. Am I wrong on this or did you just set up a REALLY beefy ignition system?

i got a jacobs fc1000 with all stock coils on a fd. I had horrible misfire problems before i installed this and couldent get over 6 psi. Now im happily and misfire free running 16-17 psi. One of the best things i ever installed
