What do you think of this setup? Big turbo and 6x injectors

Hello there!

I really need your opinion about my car’s spec so far and your answers in a couple of questions.
The spec is:
-PFC
-race porting (custom)
-custom big turbo (with Holset parts) to support big numbers (so far I dynoed 494.7hp)
-4x1200cc RC injectors
-Fuelab fuel pump (up to 1300ps-150Gph at 45psi)
-bigger fuel lines from back to the injectors’ fuel rails.

The thing is that at 0.9bar of boost the injectors are about at 94%.

Also, I have 2x1600cc RC injectors that I want to use and the question is this.

Is it ok if I plug them into the intercooler’s piping and use them with a second controller? The car is well tuned with that setup and my tuner told me that I better use a second controller that will control them from that boost pressure and above or from a boost pressure that will hold the 4x1200cc injectors at 85% for more safety.

What do you guys think? I really need your opinions since I want to be able to run my car at 1.2-3 bar boost.

Thanks in advance!!!

George

It is possible to do that. But i wouldnt. Your tuner is gona find it hard to get nice consistent fuel afrs. The throttlebody blades will not let all the fuel get in.
take your top half manifold off, get someone to weld 2 bungs and a fuel rail on and put your 1600cc their.
Do it properly.

Ok.

The thing is that at 0.9bar of boost the injectors are about at 94%.
Those are huge injectors to be maxing at .09 bar.

Is it ok if I plug them into the intercooler’s piping and use them with a second controller?
No. Optimal injector placement would be close to the combustion chamber(ie: the stock injectors)

Why dont you consider bigger injectors? How is your fuel pressure holding at high rpms?

sorry for the long delay..
I really dont like that setup and this is why I asked for your opinions...the thing is that my tuner told me that this way he would tuned the car better and also that it would be better if we go this way.
rx72c: thanks for the solution..never thought of that.
barban: unfortunately I have no idea about the fuel press at high rpms since the fuel press gauge is at the engine bay..but soon it would be replaced with a greddy one in the inside of the car so that I would be able to monitor vital fuel press. I know that these are big injectors to max out at that boost press and this is why I believed that something is wrong with the fuel pump...a few days ago I discovered that the tuner had wired the pump so that it will operate at slow speed...whereas in high speed there is almost a 80gals difference...I will try to scan a few sheets that came with the pump, measured by Bp, just to see it's capabilities..
zbrown: have thought of 4x1600 or 2x1200 and 2x1600 but my tuner told me that it's better to tune the car this way.. I am always using EKO or BP 100(I live in Greece)
