any one know what wastegate I can fit on this manifold?

HKS standard or Racing WG, but you might have to re-tap the holes as they may not line up correctly.

 

sorry not too smart on this stuff, looked at the hks ones on rx7store, they say 10psi, 14, 18... what if I want to run 15 most the time, and maybe 17-18+ once in awhile?

bi state made the manifold and they were going to send a turbonetics racegate with it but I canceled on that, hks has the same flange?

not going for cheapest either, whatevers best for the boost I want.

That is just the base spring pressure -- you can run more boost (but not less) using a boost controller.
