using CFM to determine fuel needs?

Is it possible to use the absolute MAXIMUM CFM to determine (at 80% duty cycle) the maximum size injectors you'd need on a car to get, say... an 11:1 ratio? Or to be safe, a 10:1 or even 9:1?

I think you would need to know the density of the air, maby lbs/min instead of cfm?

Im no expert, but im learning, to figure that out i think you would need to also know

1. Current VE
2. RPM

I think thats it, lbs/min takes care of of temp, humitity etc i belive, however experts will soon chime in give a more detailed explination
