i use -10 aswell, do some searching and u will find that some say -8 is sufficient

Use at least 10an. I would really look at what turbo your running. Garrett ball bearing turbos require a very small amount of oil so the return line is less likely to become a "restriction." The journal bearing turbos use a bit of oil so the line sizing then is crucial.

What about oil pressure to the Garrett turbo. Is stock oil pressure to the journal bearing turbos ok or do you need a restrictor. I hear you do need a restrictor for the ball bearing turbos.
