That's correct. HKS makes a 13B REW specific manifold and a 13B T specific manifold. You can modify them to fit but not worth the trouble.

Not sure what modifications Chuck is speaking of, so if he elaborates, that will help.
Only thing that I had to worry about is putting a spacer between the manifold and block -- to allow for clearance of the turbo housing vs. the LIM. Otherwise pretty much any manifold will work with little effort.
