tuners???????
Looking to get my car tuned before the next import shootout. The problem is finding someone. Local guy in Atl. only tunes racecars now. Steve Kan will be here in may hopefully, that will be too late. But he will still retune the car. Set up is 93 fd,e11 v2, half bridge, pt70 gtq.96, peakboost manifold and cooler, 4" exhaust, unorthodox pulley kit, 850-1600 injectors, 2 stage water injection, msd 6a x4, msd hvcII coils x4, type r bov, tial 44mm wg, aeromotive a1000 pump and regulator, poly mounts, act 6 puck, and more. Also have another fd with simular mods no bridge. Please everone help. I really need these cars tuned. I am currently trying to get in contact with crispeed but no luck yet. Didnt know it was this hard to find tuners in the southeast. I can travel up to 600 miles one way.

I would PM BDC on this forum. He is a great tuner and know's half bridge engines and Haltechs like the back of his hand. You can't go wrong with him. You can always go to www.bdcmotorsports.com too if you want more info. Best of luck to you bro.

Yep, I'm out of the Dallas, Ft Worth TX area. I'm a competitor of Steve's. Here's a link to some of my past tuning events:

It is true that Steve is an excellent tuner, he is one of a select handful of maybe 5 tuners nationwide I would let touch my R1. I can honestly say that I have received my best tuning from Steve, and I have had maybe 3 other guys tune the car. Never had BDC tune my FD, but in my experience he is a very honest, friendly and knowledgeable guy.

Then get a hold of BDC and see how soon he can get out there to you. And I'm not knocking Steve's tuning abilities by any means. I'm just saying that there are other alternatives out there that are in the same league as Steve. And I can say for certain that BDC will be tuning my car when it's finished.

Some people have had A1000's fail on them and cause a blown motor. But a lot of people run that pump without any problems at all. I'm sure that you'll be just fine with the A1000. If you ever do get paranoid and want to switch then just go with a Bosch 044.
