yeah, i remember the #'s being in the 540RWHP range on the half bridge.
then he went full bridge and blew up before he made any real power. as far as I know his car isn't back together yet.
when did this 620RWHP happen?
what turbo?
what boost?
has anyone seen Alf on here lately?
he's in the states now right?

Hmm, yea like you would know. You should just stick with wanking your wankel, its not like you know anything about building a high hp rotary. Oh wait I know they must be full of **** cause they didnt use a Mazda reman with a T88 like you did, they must not know what they are doing haha

A T66 size compressor would be more beneficial for general engine response
with out resorting to NOS for revs around 4000rpm.
If you look for a larger compressor map you will be looking at 5000 to
5500rpm before the turbo will start to make 70 to 80% of the maximum boost
setting....
You can run a T66 and still have the best of both worlds, at the expense of
slightly higher intake temperatures at the high pressure ratios you want to
run 70lb/min is no problem (despite being near the end of the map) If you
want better turbo response and a wider power band while still using the 1.3*
exhaust housing. If you want the lowest intake charge temp and are no
worried about the transient response of the turbo then the T70 would be a
better choice.
Now for me I supply Garrett based turbo's...One option is a T04R which is
between the T66 and T70, it is an excellent turbo and would give a real good
balance between HP and response, power handling is around 700BHP on a 13B
with 1.32 rear housing...The cost for this unit is around $2800Aus.

With the full bridge at 1.4 boost he made 620. When we started tuning for 1.6 the front apex seal went. Traced it to the FC coils. Since then we put FD coils, three msd 6a boxes and a t51Kai in. Just got it fired on sat. and need to get it broken in and tuned so we can ship to soul in AZ.

Okay, so then a T-04R is a T-68. From what I understand it is a 68-1 wheel but trimmed ...
either way...I'll be going T-66
COMPRESSOR:
-Wheel- 63 Trim - 66.7 Inducer / 84.0 Major
-Housing- 100 Inlet / 60 Outlet - 0.70 A/R
TURBINE:
-Wheel- 76 Trim - 74.2 Major / 64.7 Exducer
-Housing- T04 inlet / 65.75 outlet - 0.81, 0.96, 1.15 A/R]
Why pay that amount of money for a T04R when you can get from a T66 to a T72 turbo for much less
