I gotta hand it to you. They're alot more work than I imagined. I can totally understand why you charge what you charge.
I somewhat finished mine and it totally kicked my ***. Mine isn't even as complicated of 99% of the ones I've seen either.
Still needs some cleaning up, need to grind down some welds etc. etc. etc. 25 inch primaries. 2.25 od.
I think my eye ***** are sunburnt.
First picture is before welding it together. Packing tape came in useful.

Using a chop saw and mig welder fricking sucks though. There's so much time in de-burring cut pipes and cleaning up mig welds.
If I were to do this for a living, I can see using a high dollar chop saw/blade combo or band saw. And, def a tig.

Question, where the two tubes go into the T6 flange. I can't get a weld in between the two tubes. I'm afraid that if I try, I'll just make a huge mess. The two tubes are just so close together.

The tubing is 304, the wire is 308 .025 and 75/25 gas. I don't have any pictures of my welds. They were ugly, that's why I got wore out from all the grinding.
They looked somewhat like these pictures. Someone was showing me what he's done with his 135 amp welder. These welds were made with his Hobart 135 on setting 3 for heat and about 35 for wire speed. He used 75/25 gas and 308L .025 SS wire.

I figured after your first bead you would decide against it and have it tiged.
That second weld doesn't look too bad, as long as yours are at least that good your turbo won't fall off and get wedged under your rear tire killing you in a most inhumane way.
