Nice numbers Tim. We will clean it up a bit more during the next tuning session. Then it will be time to take it to the track and see if you can crack into the 10's, should be getting close considering you were at 11.xx with your old worn out non-bb turbo and smaller SP engine at 434rwhp.

Im abit confused at the dyno graph. He's making his max hp at around 5500 rpm, wich i think is kinda low. And it's dropping alot from 6000 rpm and out. The torque looks good tho. But most ppl i have seen dyno graphs from have there peak HP at the end of the rpm range. Mine maxed out at 7500 rpm with stock twins for years ago. And Frode's car has max HP at about 7500 as well Rice Racing.
Can anyone say why it's dropping like that. And he also has a nasty AF peak at 5500 rpm. And i also think the rwhp at 17 psi is abit low. I dynoed 380 rwhp on a T04E at 15 psi last year before we started getting ignition breakup at 5600 rpm.
And im also looking into getting a T04Z for next year, and im planning on running E85 on the car. And im kinda worried about back pressure with small exhaust housings. And think the 1.00 housing will be to small to run 25 psi of boost. So im thinking about a 1.15 housing. Anyone want to coment on that. This is for a track car.

when you think that things like
*water injection rate
*engine variables
*other system variables (ve of bolt ons)
let alone variances in machines and procedures there is not much to worry about in a dyno number, in my *experience* almost ANY car with compression running ball park timing and AFR will make stupid power at those boost levels and the correlation to known engine dyno data is good. Only thing left to do is for any doubters just go do a MPH pass at a local track (if you need to satisfy anyone but yourself).
I know for a fact that it will have a stupid level of power as is at 26.55psi and I would not bother chasing anymore from it, its about as ideal a balance you can get between a very fast road car that will still not **** itself within a few months of hard/consistent use
*enjoy enjoy enjoy*

We are just finishing up a T51R Kai ground up build on a customer's car, we will see how it compares after the engine is broken in. Close to the same build as Tim's, with S4 turbo rotors, large SP, etc

And you know I had no idea " numbers " meant a car was fast....
I think half the cars I've worked on that said 4/5/6xx dyno this dyno that, were just dogs on the street, maybe half that power...

I haven't run the t51, but I'm assuming the 1.0 a/r is bigger than a 1.32 P trims that I'm used to running.

I know, I say a Michigan Vs. Ohio match up! Let's line-em up.
And if you weigh less than my 250lbs I get to load your car up with a "slim girl" as a cup holder! You might get to keep the cup holder afterwards...depends on the holder.

How long till its ready/run in? looks like its not far off ....... pretty keen to see how you go with in as a full street set up on the same boost as the TO4Z, keep us updated

but what would u think would be the best track racing setup with the T04Z? 1.00 housing or a 1.15 housing. And a Bridgeport or a extended street port?
Im aiming for about 550 rwhp at as low boost as possible, with E85.
