T04's Ball Bearing

Anybody here on the forum running any T04's with ball bearing? I'm curious of what kind of results they come with and what kind of lag is expected. Altho, i can see that the T04 series turbos are streetable and can attain high hp. I want to know how big of a difference it would be with a t04 series ball bearing. something like the To4s or To4r

I've been in a car with a Turbonetics BB T-72 on a ported 13B REW< and it spooled up VERY quickly.
