HOW FAR DO YOU GRIND OF THE LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD AT EGR AREA FOR DOWNPIPE CLEARANCE ON GREDDY T-78 TURBO KIT........????
IF IT IS ALOT ..CAN A JBWELD SEAL IT OR DO I HAVE TO WELD IT?????

I don't think you have to grind too much. I bought a fairly new t-78 kit from a forum member and he had modified the downpipe instead of the lower intake manifold. The downpipe has a small dent in it that gives it enough clearance. If you have a 95 model like I do the EGR isn't an issue since they don't have one. Best of luck!
