yeah it's low, we managed 417rwhp on a dynojet @ 1 bar with conservative timing. You should be in the upper 400's.

But I'm sure you managed that at 8 or 9 thousand rpm's ?, my motor still has 3500 rpm more to go !

Update , I did it again !! ......... I bit the bullet and sprung for the Autronic R500 CDI , 4 channels , dual capicators and switchable (high /low) output power , its really nice ! . I installed it soon after I got it and started the car first try , it idled for about 10 seconds then stalled , then refused to start again . After checking I found that all 4 TII coils were fried !! , leaking current every where ! , one of them even had some oil leaking out of it ! I have since bought and put in 4 MSD blaste SS soils , no problems what so ever !! , no break up or hesitation . I plan on replacing the two lead ones with the blaster HVC coils for the ultimate setup ! , I also wired the CDI to be switched to the high (505V) power output setting by my ECU the same time it begins water injection at 10 psi. I think everything is ready now , I'l be heading back to the dyno soon with a new tuner , I'll poat results soon .

Hang in there. I've been around a while and very rarely post, but your project is something that has caught my attention. I (obviously others and yourself) would like to see the end results of this project.

Presently changing upgrading the cooling system , I'm putin in an electric water pump and a Koyo N flow radiator. I am also changing the intercooler (I suspect the NPR is too small for those turbos! ) , I'm going with a huge 28"x12"x4" one. In a couple of days I am also going to be fixing my low oil pressure problem and puttin in an oil pan brace too , should be back on the dyno by months end.

Update ....! new intercooler , 3 pass koyo and EWP installed , my suspicions were right , no more funny noises coming from the turbos , the car pulls at 10 psi like it did at 15 ! , the cooling system upgrade is AWESOME ! , I havnt done the duct work or installed the oem shield and my coolant temps dont go past 190degF EVER ! mid day , mid night , not ever , and this is with a thick 4" intercooler blocking the entire front of the car! yesterday I tackled my oil pressure problem , turns out my suspicions were right again ! , the problem was caused my a badly dented sump pan floor making contact with the oil pick up tube , there was an imprint of the strainer on the inside ! , I replaced the pan , knocked out the bottom of the new one to make a bit more clearance and installed it along with a Gotham oil pan brace (thanks Chrispy!) ,now when its cold my 100 psi gauge reads off scale (will have to get a new one soon) ! , anywhere above 3000rpm I get 80-90 psi , above 3000 it goes past 100 psi! , yes I have a 115 psi race regulator too . So now , FINALLY ,I can get back to the dyno and tune this mother out !

Another ................
Well the motor is coming out , the clutch has gotten progressively worse , so I dont have a choice now . ....I wish that's all I havd to do though ! ......., remember the big fat ****** front mount ? .... well guess what , it works and it works very well ........ I'm 100% sure it caused me to pop my rear rotor at only 5 psi boost ! .... and thats with a slipping clutch too !

Talking

Now I'm ****** convinced of it ......., but I WILL OVERCOME !!!!! I'm thinkin , if I open up that rear turbo and see the turbine wheel damaged , i'll sell both turbos and wastegates and slap a new GT47R on and call it a day !

I am rebuilding right now , Its going to take a little longer since I have gotten my hands on an oversized stud kit , so some extra machine shop work would be required . I also want to get the Xcessove / pineapple oil pan too and theres a wait there too , so I'm just working with what I have for now. The turbos I plan on using would be GT3040R's with 0.83 a/r hot sides . These hybrids use the GT40 compressor from the GT3540 and GT30 turbines ! I think they will perform well .
I did also 90% complete the install of my MXL dash logger , just need to connect it to my fuel , turn signal and highbeam warning lights .
