Single Vacuum Line Diag Question
I've taken a look at the single turbo vacuum line diagram that's been floating around and I have a question regarding one of the lines illustrated. I highlighted it in yellow in the attached pic. Its function is not apparant to me. Is this a way to get a stabile vacuum signal for a boost controller or something? The comments refer to a breather but I'm not that makes sense without a check valve or something.
Thanks much.

All it seemed to me that that line was doing was bypassing the intercooler (though I am sure not much air was going through) So I capped that one of at the lower intake(?). Can't say I am sure that was the right thing to do but it seems to be working for me.
Oh and that drawing is far from complete - I put it together to help people answer the many questions I had when doing my vac lines and have never had the time to go back and finish it.
Drop me a pm, and I'll give you my phone #, and I will be glad to go out and look at my engine and tell you how I did it if you have any questions.
