Rough idle

Well I got the car 2 days ago and took it out for a 4 hour cruise, I let it warm up before getting into boost or going over 4K rpm, at this point the idle was fine, nice and smooth.
After pushing it (nothing over 6.5k rpm, and boost it set at 13psi) for the first 3 hours nothing was wrong, but just before I got home I noticed it was idling a little rough (sounded like a cammed engine) but there is still plently of power, but the low rpm are lacking, there is no funny smells but the exhaust pressure is lower and my engine is shaking, nothing violent, so kinda like jerking, and its causing the transmission and Exhaust to jerk with it.
A/F is around 12.8-13.3 at idle, street port, t3/t4@13psi.
I can't see it being an ignition issue cause there's no way only 1/6 rotations of the rotor can be missfiring, and it's not sparatic, the roughness is evenly spaced, so it just sounds cammed (obviously not cause it's a rotary.)
Anyways thats all I can think of right now.
Thankx in advance for you assistance.

Aac??...
Icv is fine and there is no vac leek, check that this morning before work.
I also noticed that my a/f ratio doesent go over 12.7 even under boost at any rpm or gear. And the car was tuned to be around 14.7, well as close as.
