Q about fuel psi siloniod.keep or delete?
ok i have seen a few graphs about deleting the rats nest.most keep the fuel siloniod but show it going to the stock fpr.i have aftermarket injectors and fuel rails and fpr.do i keep this fuel pressure siloniod or do away with it as well? thanks,jay

According to Mazda's definition in the FSM:
"To prevent vapor-lock during hot restart idle, vacuum to the pressure regulator is momentarily cut, and fuel pressure is increased."
But an in-tank pusher fuel pump does not get vapor lock! All it does is prevent the FPR from seeing vacuum as you crank. Instead it routes normal ATM pressure to the FPR. This will slightly increase cranking fuel pressure.
Many of us have removed it many years ago without any drawbacks. I have been FPR SOLENOID free for over 10 years and have been saved from the wicked demon of extra weight and complexity.
Remove it as it is really useless.
