i am build my car with this turbo also(it came on a nearly finished project i bought back in the fall). My setup is a street ported s4 motor and an e6x. Anybody have an idea of how much boost it would take to see 500hp from this turbo? (running meth also)

We have done low 500's at around 21 lbs of boost on that turbo. Also the 4088 which is the non ballbearing is a good turbo.

S4 irons don't like handling that much power. I'd either upgrade to a S5 rear iron or get the motor doweled before you attempt to make that kind of power.
