alright im about to start my single turbo project, my goal is somewhere in the 400-450 range. street driven. here are the parts i was looking into

rebuilt engine with large streetport 3mm apex seals
TO4R turbo
apexi power fc
blitz nurspec exhaust
nippondenso fuel pump
sard regulator
bigger oil coolers
bigger injectors

should this do the trick, if not what else do i need.

FC?
FD?

Surely this can't be going into an FC...
It sounds more like an FD set-up.

Love it when the piston guys post incorrect things to get to 400 hp. At least he got one of the three.

1) A'PEXi Power FC does not "drop into" a 1986 - 1988 FC very easily.

2) A'PEXi Power FC for a 1989 - 1991 FC is not very common.

3) Blitz does not make a Nurspec exhaust that drops into an FC very easily.

Feel stupid now?

This sounds good, and you need a bigger intercooler to go along...other turbo choices would be T78, 500R, GT35R, R85. Around 15 lbs you should be around 400whp and 18 around 450...just a rough est. though. Anything above 15 lbs, I would go with water injection or some kind of race gas or race gas mix and of course a good tuner. Dont forget a good clutch, bigger radiator, and a upgraded rear differential wouldnt hurt if you are going to be driving hard.
