Hey guys Just wanted to share some pics Sean sent me of my manifold, it is equal length twin wastegate setup. should have it finished and on the car by tomorrow if all goes well. Sean is the man!!!!

Very BEAUTIFUL !!!! , but I am almost sure you'll have boost control problems !. My manifold was done similarly (though not quite as elaborate) with the wastegates located along the runners , my boost would move from 12-13 psi ( spring setting was 11.5 psi) at 6300rpm to 21-22 psi by 6500 rpm !! . After doing some research I have found that the only correct place to tap for the w.g . bleed is just at or before the turbo/manifold flanges where the pressure is highest. If they are placed where you have them then you will need to use some a large wastegate and still may not get it under control at higher revs.
I use two 35 mm gates and had that problem , whilst a friend uses one on a SFP manifold with the bleed point just before the turbo and he never has any problems !.

Very nice welds. Did the pieces come from mcmaster.com? What size did you go with? (2" main with 1.25" WG runners?)
With my WG runners so close to the port I also got boost creep with a single 46mm tial. I've since moved my WG to the turbine housing and have no creep any longer. Your's may fair well though because it looks like you used 2" pipe while I used 1.5"
All in all I like it though, construction is A1 and it will out last many rotary engines

OK here goes,
Setzep, manifold is exactly equal length down to the mm no cutting corners or cheating, it is 2" mains with 1.75 for the wastegate, I get all my steel/aluminum/Ti from my metal supplier here in Chicago.Wastegate creep shouldn't be a issue I have the wastegates positioned so they are favored before the bend. I have a few ideas for wastegate control I will let you know what works best.
For those that wanna say 2" is too big on main runners I say get bigger exhaust ports!!!!
Kyro-2, it has some similarities ie two wastegates but this was designed car and engine specific. I have seen pics of the kit you have and I'm not liking the wastegate placement it allows/requires too much manifold pressure to get air out the gate itself. which can lead to higher egts. I do think they reworked this though since that pic on their site. These runners also come out 4.25" before any bends to keep exhaust speed up on exit.
I have more pics here I will post below. Keep in mind the turbo in the pic is not the one he will be running. the manifold can fit GT40 sized turbo's if anyone would be interested in paying me stupid money for the time involved in making one. I'm sure Setzep and a few others can understand the amount of work that goes in to making one off manifolds.

It looks great ! I think you wont have issues with where the WG's are positioned. My last manifold had WG feed pipes butted into main pipes in a similar location and on a 500bhp car it controled boost well at 10psi.

It's not a boost control issue, it is more to have a true fully divided manifold for better exhaust flow management. The other benifit is you will have essentially a 76mm wastegate.
