One piece 4 inch exhaust system?

We welded up the DP this weekend and I was wondering if it was a good idea seeing the vband came on and off so easy, would it be a good idea to keep the exhaust system one continuious piece instead of putting 2 flanges in the center i.e. where the cat back would bolt up to????

I was thinking that worst case I would add another 4 inch vband setup in the center section

After the DP I am connecting a 4 inch Magnaflow oval as a midpipe and then a 4 inch round Magnaflow on the end as the end can.

Sorry DP pics are so dark. My camera phone takes crappy pics when the battery is low.

Bad idea, it becomes a pain when you have to remove it regardless of the single v-band.

Just v-band the whole thing. Use some flex sections it will be fine. I offer that as a upgrade on some of our kits.

Sean where do you suggest placing the flex?

Next to the v-band clamps will work with some types. I would say it depends on the type of flex used. If you use the common ones the further from the flange the more range of movement you'll get.
