oil feed line q's

i have here two pics of oil lines. The oil line on the left is from my to4e oil feed line from an hks kit. It uses the stock oil feed hard line and then switches to the braided. The oil line on the left is from my t70 oil feed. Its a -10 from end to end.

what i want to know is if there is a reason why the two diff size feed holes? is it not better to have more oil in this instance?

any feed back is appreciated.

Small hole is for ball bearing turbo, because ball bearing oil feed must have small oil pressure to turbo. Oil pressure entering a ball-bearing turbocharger needs to be between 40 psi and 45 psi at the maximum engine operating speed..

The journal bearing system must have high pressure too work right, small oil pressure will damage turbo.. Journal bearing turbo it's like engine...
