New to Singles, curious about estimates and recommendations

Hey, I did some searching and after answering a lot of questions, I had a couple left.

I'm new the the Single Turbo Forum but am contemplating dumping some money into my car. I currently am running twins on a stock motor with Apex FMIC, PFC, dp, mp, N1, stock injectors, 20B Fuel pump, Y-pipe, and made 292 rwhp at 13psi (poor tuning) on my last dyno pull.

I am curious as to the rwhp numbers I can expect with certain single kits out there. I am definately leaning towards the T04S, but am open to comments and recommendations. Also, how much will stock porting affect response and power? And since I am running stock seals, what is recommended for a maximum to run boost? This is mostly a street application, but occasional track time.

Thank you for your responses and help!!
