New 4094 (40r/42r) pics...

Got pumped after this weekends "Deals Gap Event" Got home and started finishing up everything. I hope to fire it up Thursday. Just need to install DP-Wastegate. This is A-specs kit with the .96 hot side. Motor is already broke in so tuning should be soon.

yes, long runer and yes not much room for a filter. I think I will run just a screen at the track and this small filter for the street. I test fitted the DP and it seems the reroute dump tube is a tad long?? I guess I will see here in a few hours.

your engine bay looks really nice, but pleeeease do something about that fuel line looping 2 inches above the hot side of the turbo, and also mabye add some shielding to the fuel line running ever so closely to the altenator power feed. i would hate to hear about another fd burning down due to poor fuel line routing.

I was going to mention that but gave him the benefit of the doubt that he's not complete with the project as of yet.

yeah, on my to due list.. I was going to get a 90 degree fitting and try to make it work minus any braided lines on that side. I also still need to get some heat sheets for fender.
Never thought about the altenator as being a problem but will look at that closer now. I just finshed spending 2 hours trying to get the dump tube lined up on the wastegate to no avail............ Pisses me off........ Any suggestions?

make sure the vband clamp coming off the turbine is loose so you can rotate the entire downpipe some. also, don't have the back bolted up to the rest of the exhaust until you get both vband's started.

yeah, only had the v-band on the turbine. First time to loose and it came off while trying to fit dump tube to wastegate. Reattached tighter but not all the way and again the dump tube looks to be 1 inch too long. I have the downpipe all the way up against the bottom of my car and dump tube is still 1/2 too long! Waiting to here from Sean.

oh wow, i'm very interested to see your resilts with the .94 A/R. How much boost will you run? Can you do one (tune) run at 15lbs if possible?

Will most likely street tune for 15-16psi on pump and 25+ on c16.

I think the .96 will be fine. I ran a .84 and a 1.06 on my old set up (40r). I prefered the .84 for the street but the 1.06 carried the power longer.
