Is my wastegate too small?

I bought an hks standard wastegate (40mm) with the intention of buying a smaller single than I actually wound up buying. My turbo has a 60 mm compressor with a 1.08 exhaust side AR. Its the holset hybrid that bistate is selling. I was wondering if its worth it to even try to use the HKS standard wastegate or is it definitely too small and not even worth trying. Will I 100% be getting boost creep with a turbo this big? Thanks a bunch guys.

How much pressure are you planning on running? Rule of thumb is, Less pressure=Larger wastegate. Youll need to bypass more exhaust gases to run a lower pressure. Im guessing but if youll be running 15+ that should be fine.

Kind Regards
