My Lesson...417rwhp@19psi
#101
i've blown several atkins "normal" seals. the sharp tip, where the apex meets the corner piece, is where the seal blew every time. of course the problem was preignition every time from a lack of fuel volume (dying walbro fuel pump)
that car has been making over 350whp @15psi for about 2.5 years now through 3 different owners -on normal atkins seals.

well which seals give you the wider error margin? Not that i intend to blow the cryo'd Atkins seals soon, but for my personal knowledge.
Any other suggestions regarding the potential Turbo upgrade?

i'd personally get the normal atkins 2pc seals. the point i was trying to make above was that it won't matter what seals you're running if your car is setup correctly.
but to answer your question, the RA's can take more abuse.
and to answer your turbo question, if you're running stock exhaust ports, i'd go with:
t04s 62-1 compressor
.84 divided (tangential T4) p-trim turbine
but that's just me

Small Update....
Ran out of dyno time so we settled for a modest 340@14psi at the moment!
I drove it and 340 seems quite fine for now, however I'm looking into suspension upgrades meanwhile...to eliminate wheel hop and assist with putting the power to the road!
how does the following sound:
1. trailing arms
2.Toe control arms
3. Rear lower trailing arms
4. front and rear sway bars
