msd 6a wiring? please help!
so far i have-
thick red and black to +12v and ground respectively
orange and black to + and - on coil
now do i use to the green and purple cable or the red and white wires? i assume they will connect with the 2 leads that used to feed the coil. also will the 6a work feeding 2 seperate coils(crane lx91's) in parallel? or am i better off using a stock dual post coil?
thank you for your time-garrett

ok after looking into this more, it looks like the white wire should go to the yellow/blue shielded cable(+ lead for stock setup on coil). now the red wire is supposed to connect to a switched 12 volt source, such as the ignition key or switch, according to the manual. where is the best(easiest) place to tap in to this?

alright, finally got the ignition hooked up right! so if anyone is wondering what wires go where, pm me. and yes the 6a is working fine driving 2 crane lx91 coils wired in parallel, which my old crane hi 6 would not do.

i don't have a digital camera right now.
power leads
-red - constant +12v
-black-ground
coil leads
-orange- + on coil
-black- -on coil
trigger wire
-white- shielded yellow wire that went to "A" on coil
switch wire
-red- i ran it to the black/red striped wire that was"B" on coil, but if you go through the wiring diagrams, you could splice it in to anywhere that recieves 12 volts when the ignition switch is closed.
the purple and green wires that come with a harness should not be used. -garrett
