Looking for HKS mushroom 4" part #

Like the title says, i'm looking for a part number or a place who sell those HKS green mushroom 4" filters... does anyone know of any vendors?

Inlet Size: 100mm, Element Size: 200mm (Part#1504-SA008)

That is an HKS Part Number, approximately 4"

Here are the smaller ones...
