intercooler piping...aluminum or steel

hey guys..im about to order some piping and am wondering if i should go with steel...easier to weld and polishes better or go with aluminum...also where is a good place to get some piping? any input would be great..thanks

aluminum is lighter and polishes better but You can powder coat the steel for a nice look.

You can also powder coat aluminum, the best place that I have found either aluminum or steel is atp, there couplers are a good price also.
Even if I am super pissed at them for not getting a custom pipe bent for me after 3 F***ing months, there service on items like piping and couplers is good.

i do, and most big name kits do as well, why i dont know, because really stainess is he material that would probably be the best in a hot engine bay to conduct less idealy.

i guess for me i have a lot of sensors and little bungs all over and i can work with aluminum easy, and make small parts to weld on by my self
