I run this exact setup on my FC(haltech + twinpower+stock coils) and it works quite well.

The twin power taps into the lines between the coil and the igniter. For the FC you use the unterminated harness, and I just put ring connectors on the appropriate terminals and bolted them to the coil terminals.
