Hurry! I can't control my boost!

Here's the deal, street ported t2, stock turbo we eliminated emissions crap and try to do away with the twin scroll system by removing the actuator and trap door. Now we tried a manual boost controller (Lowe's 3.99 solution) now its totally out of control any way the valve is set it still overboosts now the ecu does a fine job of shutting stuff down at anything past 8.5 psi but we kinda need to be able to give it wide open throttle dig?
Has anyone buggered up theirs like this? should I ditch the manual controller and just go with it stock? I gotta get this car outta here by Saturday so I'm pressed for time if I wasn't I'd make one of those fcd's but I'm just lookin for a quick fix. Now replacing the twin scroll is totally out of the question I'm not diggin that thing out again. I hate this car I want it to just go away will somebody shoot me in the face please? thanks

Oh don't get me wrong its not mine if it were I would just buy a Haltec and I wouldn't have these problems Sheet I would love a TII with 91000mi and a brand new motor but the reality is now its got a new coil pack (trail) whole new fuel system Walbro fuel pump new crank angle sensor and new wiring harness on the drivers side, and that was just to get it to started now it starts runs drives but its got too much boost.

Sometimes I love 7's but when you gotta pay the bills by turnin wrench on em all day sometimes you hate them does that make sense?
