Depends on the setup but usually going from a 62mm 1.03 T3 to a 75mm .84 T4 will get you a couple hundred rpm. So instead of seeing 15psi by 3800rpm you might see it by 3600rpm. Where you will notice a difference though is the .84 will keep pulling until redline and the T3 will flatten out around 7k. A good person to talk to would be Andy Mckee as he runs a small TiAL setup. I think he sees 1bar by 3200rpm.
