How to fix Compressor Surge?

I notice that my car's BOV isn't opening up, how should the vaccuum lines be properly hooked up to a bnr stage 1 turbo, turbo xs bov, defi boost gauge, and profec b boost controller. I see a small mess of a vaccuum lines in the engine bay.

basically i see two "T"s in the lines, but I haven't got a chance to get a look under the hood since im working all the time.

if someone could just list out how the lines are suppose to be, it'll be great.

don't put a tee in your BOV line, find a nipple and run it straight to the BOV, turbo XS should work fine. the nipple has to be after the TB

I don't feel like sorting out that picture...sorry.

It looks like the circled vac line is going to your MAP sensor (Orange connector?). This is the nipple for the stock BOV. You should hook that up to your BOV (at least that is what I did).

Ideally you want the MAP sensor signal to come from the front of the UIM. Either the top or the bottom of the 3 nipples.

It is really hard to tell much from that pic.

alright, i took more pictures and more organized thought manner here.

here is T number 1.

The line behind the T is capped off and connected to front UIM, as shown below.

Is this Corretly done?

Back to the T of the thing, the line that my finger is touching is connected to my BOV(Turbo SX)

The one going to the left goes into my firewall, so I'm assuming its connected to my boost gauge or my Haltech.

Now the line going to the right is connected to another T

and that T splits off to connect two behind the UIM

another thing is, what is this?
that plastic thing connect to the line, its not labeled or have a needle on it, what is its purpose?

^its a filter, not really necessary. is it an old school profecb or the spec2? basically you hook the line from your compressor to the inlet on the boost solenoid (no) and the other line out of the boost solenoid (com) goes to your wastegate. The guage and the bov just need a good vacuum signal that comes after the throttle body. If its a new school spec2 controller, they also need a boost reference, which also needs to come off the manifold. If your bov isnt opening then maybe the preload on the spring is too tight.
After you get the vacuum lines sorted out give it a try, if it still doesnt open, take it apart and see if its got spacers in it.

Get the BOV off the T.
That's what's causing it not to trigger correctly.
The T branch is restricting the vacuum to properly trigger the BOV.

aye, i took your advice.

i connected my BOV directly into your circle nipple. I took a vaccuum line connected to the front UIM and connected to my MAP sensor. I got rid one of the T's, so the fire wall hose is just connected to one T and the 2 brances off to the UIM in the back. Now my car idles really well. Sadly it didn't fix my compressor surge. It still sounds like an awful turkey. I can hear my BOV if I can push above 6psi, its a nice quiet psh sound. 5psi and below(even under zero) I get the giggly turkey. I know my WG line and turbo hose is connected to my greddy mah-jig.( you can see it off to the left on the very first picture) If those were connected back wards, what would happen? I can go up to 9psi, but it doesn't hold, it just drops and drops to zero.

Help

I got Boosting Honda's hounding me!
