I was wondering what kind of mods I am going to have to do to the carb in order to run boost... and what size of jets to run with the turbo boosting tell it cant boost any more...

It all depends on your mods, turbo size, etc. Tuning is tuning, whether its a Haltech or a Holley.
I am running 73's on Primarys, and and 86's for secondaries right now on a 650 DP - with my mods.
It's a little lean at 17PSI (11.9 to 1), and I will change the secondaries to 89's this weekend.
As far as the rest of the mods, you need quite a few.
Little bullshit parts add up to about 2-300 bucks.
and you won't get the car running right if you don't do them all.
You're better off having someone who knows how to do it, prepare them for you. That'll get you 90% of the way, the rest will be up to you and tuning/re-jetting.
Contact Andre' at: mazdaspc@netzero.com, and tell him Alex sent you.
